Hope It Grows products are mostly made-to-order through Printful — your shirt or sticker doesn't exist until you buy it. That changes how returns work compared to a regular retail store. Here's the deal, in plain language.
We replace anything we mess up
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or wrong — wrong size, wrong design, wrong color from what you ordered — we will replace it at no cost to you, or refund you in full. Your choice.
To get a replacement or refund:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (the damaged area, the misprint, the wrong item — whatever the problem is).

We'll respond within 2 business days and get you sorted.
You don't need to ship the original item back unless we ask — usually we don't.
We don't accept returns for change of mind
Because everything is printed when you order it, we can't take back a shirt because you decided you didn't want it after all, ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind on the design. Each product is custom-printed for you specifically.
Please double-check before you buy:

The product, color, and any variants
If something goes wrong because of a typo on your end, we'll do what we can to help — but we can't guarantee anything once the item is printed.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it:

Check with anyone in your household, neighbors, and your building's package room

Wait 48 hours — sometimes packages are scanned "delivered" before they actually arrive

If it's still missing, email us and we'll work with the carrier
If a package is genuinely lost in transit (never arrives, tracking stops updating), we'll replace it or refund you. We just need 7 business days from the expected delivery date to confirm with the carrier first.
Stickers
Stickers are non-returnable. If they arrive damaged or misprinted, we replace them (same rules as above). If you peeled it and decided you didn't want it, that's on you.
Sale items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for the same damaged/misprinted/wrong-item replacement, but not for return for change of mind.
How refunds work when we issue one
Refunds go back to the original payment method (the card you used). Most banks post the refund within 3-5 business days; some take up to 10. If it's been more than 10 business days and you don't see it, email us and we'll chase it down.
Address errors
If you give us a wrong shipping address and the package gets returned to sender, we'll reship it but you'll need to cover the second round of shipping. If it never makes it back to us, we can't refund you — we're a small operation and we can't absorb the cost of address errors at our end.
How to reach us
Email hopeitgrows.shop@gmail.com with your order number. We aim to respond within 2 business days. We're a small team, so weekends and holidays sometimes mean a slightly slower turnaround — but we'll always get back to you.
The short version, if you skipped to the end: we fix our mistakes, but we can't take back things you decided you didn't want. Measure twice, order once, and email us if anything's wrong.
