These are the terms that govern your use of ihopeitgrows.com and any purchases you make. By using the site or buying something, you're agreeing to them. We've kept it short.

Who we are

Hope It Grows, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. Email: hopeitgrows.shop@gmail.com.

Using the site

You can browse the site, sign up for an account, and buy things. You can't:

Use the site for anything illegal
Try to break, hack, or interfere with the site
Copy or republish our content (product descriptions, blog posts, photographs, logos, designs) without permission
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to harvest data
Misrepresent who you are when placing an order

If you do any of the above, we can terminate your access and pursue any remedies the law gives us.

Account responsibility

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping the password secure and for everything that happens under it. Tell us right away if you think someone has accessed it without your permission.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe products accurately and price them correctly. We don't guarantee that every description, image, or detail is error-free — colors can vary slightly between screens and the printed product, sizes run as the manufacturer specifies, and typos happen. If we list a price wrong, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you. We'll always tell you if that happens.

Prices are in USD and don't include shipping or tax (calculated at checkout).

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we charge your card and send the order to fulfillment. Until then, we can cancel any order for any reason (running out of inventory, suspected fraud, pricing errors, etc.) and we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are fulfilled by Printful, our print and ship partner. Production typically takes 2-7 business days; shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days within the US. We're not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or anything outside our control.

We ship to all 50 US states and DC.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy for the full details. Quick version: most apparel and stickers are made to order and not returnable for buyer's remorse, but we replace anything damaged in transit or misprinted.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, logos, photographs, written content, and brand elements on this site belong to Hope It Grows, LLC. You can browse, share product pages with friends, and post about purchases on your own social media. You can't reproduce, copy, modify, or sell our designs.

The "Hope It Grows" name and logo are trademarks of Hope It Grows, LLC.

User content

If you post a review, send us a photo of you wearing one of our shirts, or tag us on social media, you give us a non-exclusive royalty-free license to share that content on our site, our social media, and our marketing — with credit to you. You can ask us to take it down anytime.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or work perfectly with your device. We're a small business doing our best.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of North Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms anytime. If the changes are significant, we'll post a notice on the site. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
