Here's exactly what happens between you clicking "buy" and your package landing on your doorstep.

How fulfillment works

Hope It Grows works with Printful as our print and shipping partner. When you order, the design is printed onto the product (shirt, sticker, baby onesie, whatever) and shipped to you directly. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting; everything is made for you specifically.

Timing

There are two parts to your delivery time:


  1. Production — 2 to 7 business days. This is the printing and quality check.

  2. Shipping — 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous US. Alaska and Hawaii take longer.


Total expected delivery: 5 to 14 business days from order placement.


Most orders land closer to the 5-8 day end. We'll send you tracking as soon as it ships.

Where we ship

All 50 US states and Washington D.C. We don't ship internationally yet, but we're working on it.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on what you're buying and where it's going. We pass through Printful's actual shipping rates with no upcharge from our end.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number, emailed to you when the package ships. If you don't see the tracking email, check your spam folder first, then email us at hopeitgrows.shop@gmail.com.

What if my package is delayed?

Production delays and shipping delays happen. Holidays, weather, USPS bandwidth, the occasional gremlin. We'll do everything we can to keep you informed, but we don't control the carriers. If your order is significantly behind the timeline above, email us and we'll dig in.

Holiday and peak season

Around Black Friday, Christmas, and Valentine's Day, expect production times to lean toward the longer end of the range. Order early if you need something by a specific date.

Multiple items, multiple packages

If you order multiple items, they might ship separately. Different products come from different Printful facilities, so a t-shirt and a sticker could arrive on different days. You'll get separate tracking for each shipment.

Wrong address

If you give us a wrong shipping address and the package comes back, see our Refund Policy for what happens. The short version: we can reship at your cost, or refund you if the original is recoverable.
